Standard booking
Deposit: An advance of 50% of the total price is due upon booking. Immobilière de Mambaye reserves the right to cancel the booking if the deposit has not been paid within 7 days of the booking date.
Balance: The balance will be paid no later than 6 weeks before the arrival date. Immobilière de Mambaye reserves the right to cancel the booking if the balance has not been paid 6 weeks before the arrival day The stay will of course not take place if the remaining balance has not been paid before arrival.
Last minute booking:
Deposit: In case of late booking (six weeks before the arrival date) a deposit of 70% is required upon booking. Immobilière de Mambaye reserves the right to cancel the booking if the deposit has not been paid within 7 days of the booking date.
Balance: The balance will be paid no later than three weeks before the arrival day. Immobilière de Mambaye reserves the right to cancel the booking if the balance has not been paid at least 3 weeks prior to the arrival date. The stay will of course not take place if the remaining balance has not been paid before arrival.
Late booking: In case of late booking (3 weeks before the arrival date) the balance of the stay (100%) must be paid upon booking. Immobilière de Mambaye reserves the right to cancel the booking if the deposit has not been paid within 7 days of the booking date. The stay will of course not take place if the remaining balance has not been paid before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If canceled a living allowance is claimed. 42 days before the date of arrival: 50% of the total amount will be due to Immobilière de Mambaye. Between the 42th and the 28th day day before the date of arrival: 60% of the total amount will be due to Immobilière de Mambaye. Between the 28th day and the 2nd day before the date of arrival: 90% of the total amount will be due to Immobilière de Mambaye. Between the 2nd day and date of arrival: 100% of total amount will be due to Immobilière de Mambaye. Any difference between the amount of deposit paid to Immobilière de Mambaye when booking and expenses payable by the tenant in case of cancellation will be refunded.
Price: The rent amount of each house is shown on our website; prices include VAT.
Charges: All charges that are not included in the rental price will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the stay.
Insurances: Insurance "Damage to accommodation" is required. This insurance covers most damage to housing that are not covered by your family insurance. This coverage provides a healthy collaboration and ensures peace of mind during your stay. "EUROPEAN" company The "cancellation and holiday break" insurance is optional. Warranty: A deposit for the rented property will be charged to the guest's arrival and refunded on his bank account no later than 15 days after the end date of that visit. To cover the cost of any property damage caused during your stay, or any additional cleaning service in case of non-compliance with the lease terms, we require payment of a rent guarantee. If no damage is found when the inventory is drawn on the day of your departure, the amount of the guarantee will be returned to your bank account after deduction of additional stay. The deposit must be paid on site the day of arrival; the amount of the deposit is shown in the description of the house. The tenant agrees to comply with the internal rules of the leased property. Any damage or theft will be directly deducted from the amount of the deposit if it does not exceed it. Otherwise an insurance determination will be made.
The buildings are insured against fire by Immobilière de Mambaye.
From both sides, the agreement will be executed in good faith and in a spirit of mutual collaboration.
Verviers courts have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute.
